My Apricot - Apple Pie Mix


  • a cup of water and 2 cups of water - can pie apple
  • pkt dried turkish apricots - 2tbsp cornstarch
  • puff pastry for crusty top

Apricot & Apple Mixture

  1. Cook apricots with sugar, water until soft and tender.
  2. Allow to soak
  3. Mix starch with equal amount of water
  4. Stir slowly into the apricot mix
  5. Add can of pie apple and mix

Prepare & Cook

  1. Place mix in a pyrox dish
  2. cover with strips of puff pastry double layer
  3. Bake in moderate to high oven for 20 min
  4. Serve with icecream / cream
  5. Remove to cool a little. Enjoy!
