Indianna Pasta


  • Butter (for cooking chicken) - 1 Tablespoon
  • Chicken Breast (Diced) - 250g
  • Cornflower (if neccessary)
  • Cream, Thickened - 300mL
  • Curry Powder - 2 Tablespoons
  • Mushrooms (Sliced) - 200g
  • Spiral Pasta - 2-3 cups
  • Spring Onion (Thinly sliced) - 3-4
  • Vegeta, Gormet stock powder - 1 Tablespoon


Boil water in a large saucepan and cook pasta, meanwhile, Heat up medium sized fry-pan and melt butter.

Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.

Add mushroom and stir until mushroom has reduced and turned brown.

When the mushroom is cooked add the cream, vegeta and curry powder. Stir to combine all ingredients and bring to a medium simmer.

Add spring onion and continue to simmer for roughly 10 minutes.

Once cooked add cooked pasta and stir through.

If you like a thicker sauce add a teaspoon of cornflower combined with a little water to make a paste, and stir into mixture in fry-pan, it should thicken up almost instantly.

It's definitely a favorite in my household!
