Lamb Mini-Roasts
Ingredients
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves each
- Lamb - 300 grams each
- Rosemary - 1 Sprig each
Preparing the lamb
These little things are very lean, and are around 300grams each, which is roughly enough for one person. Start by poking several holes in the lamb with a sharp knife.
Peel and cut your garlic into slivers, and insert them into the holes you've made in the lamb. Along with this, add in a small sprig of rosemary. Drizzle some olive oil over the top, and then generously add salt and pepper.
Cooking
I generally cook the lamb for around 30-45 minutes, depending on how pink you like the inside to be.
This recipe is accompanied well by some roast vegetables!
