- Chilli - 1/2, finely chopped
- Garlic, crushed or finely chopped - 2 Cloves
- Marinara Mix - 400-500gms
- Red Onions - 1/2, diced
- Spaghetti - 1 Packet
- Tomatos, Crushed - 2x 250gm Cans
Preparation
Start by chopping up the onion, garlic and chilli. get a big pot of water boiling ready to put the pasta in (with a dash of oil and a bit of salt).
Start the Cooking
With a little olive oil in a medium heat frying pan, fry up the garlic and onions - these won't take long to cook, so keep an eye on them. Once they have softened up a little, throw in the marinara mix, and toss it around so it cooks evenly.
You should watch out you don't overcook the seafood, or it will go rubbery - so once the fish is looking cooked through on the outside, throw in the chilli, tomatos and basil.
Put your pasta into the boiling water, and keep simmering the sauce, adding some salt and pepper to taste.
Once the pasta is done, drain, and mix in with the sauce - done!
